The Workplace Pride Foundation was officially founded under the name Company Pride Platform Foundation (Stichting Company Pride Platform) on 6 February 2008 through M.J. Meijer Notarissen, Keizersgracht 695-699, 1017 DW Amsterdam, and is registered with the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under the number: 34294570. On January 1, 2012 the name of the Foundation was officially changed to Workplace Pride Foundation. 

The Workplace Pride Foundation is the owner of the term “Workplace Pride” and as such, retains sole legal right to its use. This also holds true for the Workplace Pride logo as illustrated above:

Any use of the term “Workplace Pride Foundation”, “Workplace Pride”, or the logo as illustrated above, be it in written or online publications, promotional material or legal documents, can only be made with prior written and unanimous consent from the Workplace Pride Foundation Board Members.
